I was involved in a hit and run accident as a pedestrian. Merck law office definitely helped to bring my case justice. I was lucky enough to have a family member of mine that practices law in another state on standby to answer any additional questions that Merck law did not answer. Because of this, I realized that this office can be unprofessional at times. I did experience being yelled at when Merck was frustrated, and his legal team also didn’t do the best job at giving me an accurate description of what the ongoing process included. I would be told one thing by one person; then something else by another. When getting a notary towards the end of the process, I ran into a small issue with the team misprinting a date on the document. When calling the firm to get this corrected, someone got very irritated and cursed about how annoying it was. Normally I wouldn’t care, but the lovely woman in charge of my notary overheard and I had to apologize to her for his language. I’m a young woman and I do think sometimes the team didn’t realize I had another professional helping me. All in all, if you’re looking for a good lawyer, I think Merck’s personality matches that. He is smart, thinks quickly and he is persuasive. I do wish he was more involved about what his legal team were doing, however.
