Austin was born in Georgia and has spent his life as an Attorney here. Austin has spent his career fighting for injury victims.  Austin has recovered millions of dollars fighting for hundreds of clients who have been civilly wronged by the negligent and intentional acts of others. Austin is a Senior Attorney of Merck Law, LLC fighting for clients who have been wronged by the negligence of others.

Austin has been featured in Authority Magazine and by Expertise.com for his work as a personal injury attorney.

He is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of South Carolina.  He is licensed in all of Georgia’s Magistrate, State, and Superior Courts and is licensed in the Federal Northern District of Georgia Court.
