Here is How to Change Your Lawyer

If you are not happy with your lawyer for whatever reason, you can terminate the attorney’s services.  Your old lawyer will typically be put on notice of termination by your new lawyer or by you.  Your old lawyer typically will willingly provide your case file to the new lawyer.  At the end of the day, you need to find the the right lawyer for you that you feel will fight for the compensation you deserve.
